    I just ordered one yesterday, and the purchase still says pending when I check my account purchase history. I am just wondering what this means, and if this is normal.

    I redeemed a code for NBA 2k14 and the game doesn’t show up in my owned games library. It shows up in my order history as a xbox 360 token. What do I do to get the game downloaded?

    I have an xbox series s. In my order history it says “xbox 360 Token”

    Thanks, I can see my order history on my Xbox says that the purchase did go through and is pending but it does not show this in the link.

    I purchased an Xbox One S that I believe comes with a controller on Thursday(8/13) and my order still says Pending. I can't request a cancel on it either. So I believe it charged my card/ and or is being shipped. But it still says Pending for it.

    Are you playing the Xbox One version or the Series X/S version of GTA Online?

    Please make sure your version matches the shark card you purchased. Shark Cards for the Series X/S version will show "(Xbox Series X|S)" in the name in the order history.
