Xbox series s not connecting to new Virgin hub 3. Was working fine with hub 2.

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

THE SUPER HUB 2 IS PRETTY MUCH INCOMPATIBLE WITH XBOX LIVE...unfortunately Virgin Media don't tell people this!

I've had the Super Hub for a few years now and was offered the SH2 which I accepted because I'd heard good things about it. So I set it all up and got Virgin to activate it over the phone, within a week it was back in its box with the original hub re-installed
and activated. The SH2 worked fine for a couple of days then kept on disconnecting within minutes, that's if it ever connected in the first place!

I'd get onto Virgin pal and explain the situation and hopefully they'll sort you out with an earlier hub or router.

does virgin media do this im on there new super hub 2

im just taking a guess but at them speeds looks like you have virgin media i had major issues with xbox 1 and virgin till i upgraded my hub to the new super hub 2 and connected only with the 2g settingssnot 5g but still had somelag so just hardwired it not
had a problem since hope that helps

The USB stick and USB hub both work fine on the computer and Xbox by themselves. In addition, I just tried the stick connected to the USB hub connected to the computer and that works fine. The only thing that does not work is the stick connected to the hub while connected to the Xbox.
