Xbox series s keeps kicking me out of games and performing slow

This error is network exclusive, friend. I know it's confusing as it's working on other devices, but the console works in a different way. If you don't have an unrestricted connection, it slows down and crashes games.

Open the panel by pressing the Xbox button in the center of the controller.

Scroll right on the panel to the System area.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

Select NAT Test Type.

Are the games on the internal or external HD?

It's on xbox one s console. No problems hearing friends on mic and such. But when we go online on multiplayer, it kicks me and says connection is to slow.

Kyle you did send to me the information on the info about Series S and Series X but you did not provide to me the clear answer what are better between Series S and Series X on the performance and gaming?

Expansion cards are available for external storage that will work with Series S/X games. Regular external drives would be too slow so in order for them to fix it, you'd be looking at longer load times and downgraded performance.
