Xbox Series S keeps disconnecting from wifi (Not a wifi issue)

I bought my Xbox a little over 3 weeks ago and at first, I was really enjoying it, but now I seem to be having an issue that many others are having and that Microsoft has not addressed. This issue is that my console keeps disconnecting from my wifi, I mean to the point we're my Xbox is unusable. I have done so much troubleshooting with Microsoft and by myself, I've done research and I cannot find any solution, nor can I find what's even causing the problem. My router and wifi are functioning fine and I can tell because every time my Xbox disconnects I check my phone too see that it's still connected and that the signal strength is good. It's to the point we're Microsoft either needs to address this soon or I'm just out $350 dollars because nobody but Microsoft can solve this issue. I shouldn't need to explain how ridiculous it is to buy an expense new product that doesn't function as it was advertised to.

This has been ongoing issue and microsoft refuses to acknowledge it. It happens on my series X and they used to have it on the known issues page and then removed it, and whenever someone asks they remain silent. They don't even say if they're working on it.

Let me guess, you are connected to WiFi.... The problem with wifi is that there will always be an interference with the connection. As a result, you will disconnect from Xbox live. The only way to solve this issue is to use an ethernet cable. This will guarantee
that you will not disconnect from xbox live. I know this for a fact because Everyone who has this issue are those who uses wifi to connect to xbox live. I strongly suggest using a ethernet cable because you will not disconnect. P.S: AVOID NETGEAR!! LoL, Worst

I have the same issue.

Controller and headset both disconnect or have some sort interference. Never had a problem on my Xbox One or Series S. But the problem is persistent on Series X.

Have tried all sorts of things like disabling all wifi and getting a new router. Nothing helps.

try disconcerting unneeded devices from wifi and disconnect then reconnect you xbox to wifi
