    hey guys for starters i love your consoles and what you guys are doing but my series s is having issues. ive been having so many lags and glitches that i havent been able to play my xbox for 2 days at this point.

    1st issue

    most of my games crash constantly

    this is both on multiplayer and single player games

    games include warzone, fallen order, halo master mcc and more

    2nd issue not only are my games glitchy

    the entire ui is just slugish

    switching between games, open menues, games not opening up. loading screens for fallen order after death was 14 seconds on someone elses and mines was over a minute

    so i think my console is just bugged and would like a replacment, i dont was a refund cuz i still want the product

    3. ONLY the Xbox-Series X has this issue, No other, including the Series S which is the “little brother” of the Series X

    Are you sure, that the Series S is not affected?

    No worries, it's the setting for Xbox Series S as well. By the way, what is the exact error or issue that your son is getting whenever he is trying to play or sign in on Xbox Series S?

    How do you reset your outlook password when you get only options to enter the console ID for Xbox One or Xbox 360 and I have an Xbox S? It rejects my console ID for both options!

    And yes there is a difference
