    xbox series S is a referb, doesn't allow me to play online games smoothly


    current xbox series s only plays game in "glitch" mode. i can't play with parties, i can't play a game without the non-stop glitches. either fix your servers, or refund the price of my xbox, and the months of 'gold' membership (which is a joke) for the past months. i'll use the money for a ps5.

    or ... your bosses can continue to be complete [mod removed] and take the money w/o providing real value.

    May we ask for a screenshot of the issue? Please conceal any personal information.

    May we ask for the NAT Type and Multiplayer settings in your Xbox Console? Here are the steps:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Network settings.
    3. Check NAT Type and Multiplayer.
    4. Let us know if you notice any error message/code.
    When did this issue happen? Did we install recent update in your Console?

    I own the game on the Xbox series x but it won't allow me to connect the game to my profile which is on the Xbox series x and so it does not let me play online, If that makes sense.
