Xbox series s hot

So I recently bought an Xbox series, it works fine no matter how hot it get apart from few stutters but looks more because the internet.

When I feel the black vent it's hot like warm pavement, like it feels hot the touch like nice hot to the touch but sometimes like a little bit bellow hot pavement that been sitting in sun all day after one - 3 game gaming session.

Also after like 3 games the front of the series s gets hot at the front panel only near black vent the rest of the console is cool including the other vents. My first guess is because it so small the heat makes it to the body sometimes.

It also is well ventilated and I use the correct power (Xbox one s power cord) because it enough to power it.

I'd say it constantly runs at 50c and above after one game littraly and front panel near the black vent get hot but the rest of the front panel doesn't.

I got told it might be faulty but works like a charm (just got) and others tell me it can doing it job and it hearing up normally (also a heatwave in uk rn (19-36c and very humid) but this even happens on 19c nights at a few games useage.

Say it was faulty would Microsoft give a replacement, because I don't think I got warranty with it from my supplier.

Works the same at any of these heats tho.
