This seems like a hardware issue.

Please, try the reset, and if possible, connect it to another TV/Display.

This is an unusual issue, the games should still maintain the same quality as before.

Have you tried to reset your console?

Please, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Hi thanks for the reply I forgot to mention that the picture quality for the Home Screen and menus looks terrible as well as playing videos or looking at photos. The picture quality is really terrible as well. Do you think the console is damaged because it’s still running smoothly. I think I’ll try to reset the console as well.
