Xbox series s graphic artifacts

Starting to think it's a sign of the Xbox 360's graphics card overheating, creating artifacting due to the graphics card's RAM slowly dying due to heat. I used to have this problem with my old AMD Radeon 4500 series card in my PC before it died (well, its
ability to process any graphics-intensive games died).

I'm noticing some artifacting on my refurbished Xbox 360 Halo: Reach console (that I got went I sent my original in for repair for a bad optical drive), and not sure if I should send it back in for repair or just buy a new one. My 360 Fat seems to be going
strong, though, even though I got that in 2008.

I think it would be a problem with its GPU.... happens on PC`s when a video card is dying.. lots of graphics corruption and artifacts....

I am having this exact problem with my new Xbox One X. I'm guessing the GPU is dying...

Keep in mind series s isn't really a 4k console it can produce artifacts and lose performance

It's meant to run at 1440p or 1080p

I understand you need help with your game problem.

Have you already tried reinstalling the game to see if that helps?

You can also try doing a reset on the console with this:

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

If the issue is still the same and this is the only game that this is happening, it would be best to reach out with the game developers as it could already be an in game problem.
