Xbox series s getting kicked of games

everytime i go onto a game i get kicked off saying the game is being played on other xbox ive taken all steps to prevent it but still happening

So, are you receiving a message saying something like " *Profile name* is playing on another console" right?

Are you game sharing with someone buddy?

Or someone is game sharing with you?

Usually this message appears when someone have the profile signed on another console.

May I know which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this?

both the xbox’s were connected to the same internet, the one that worked was a series s the one didn’t was series x. yes, my console is up to date. i get kicked out of my games every 30 minutes..yes i am referring to factory resets.

There is no One is series consoles

Xbox one games are not listed by x or s

They are all xbox one games

Series consoles are xbox series s or x that's it

Digital or disk thata all the options you get

Well first there is no series s with a bluray drive

Xbox one s does and that isn't a series s

Xbox one games are compatible with xbox one games whenever it is one x or s

Series consoles are just xbox series NOT one s or x

They labeled series consoles that way for a reason to differentiate xbox one games from series games

In your situation, I would go with the Xbox Series S,

The Series S is aimed at 1080p / 1440p gaming,

The Series X is aimed at 4K gaming,

Getting a Series X would mean that your spending an extra £/$200 to not play at 4K,

You could use that £/$200 saved by getting the Series S and a 1Tb SSD expansion card for about the same price as the Series X,
