Xbox series S freezes online non stop not internet related

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

It may not be an issue with your network connection but we may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware to refresh the connection between your console and the router by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."

this has been happening to me the past 3 days. i cant even get into zombies online. any game online just freezes when the loading bar is at 3/4 and the "loading circle" keeps going non-stop.

Xbox one s or series s ?

If xbox one s then no it has to run thru xcloud as the hardware isn't powerful enough meaning non subscriber accounts can't use it

Series s can run it natively thru home share

I have this issue with the Series S and Samsung TV. I’ve had the TV disconnected from the internet to stop ads, only reconnected it recently and since then I’ve started having the sound issues with the Xbox.

i played now 5-6 hours non stop without any freezing
