Xbox series s - fifa23 freezing and crashing all the time

Brand new xbox series s, bought in bundle with fifa 23, that keeps crashing everytime i try to play. Mostly during animations in the main menu, sometimes i make it to games, but then freezes and crashes during game. No other games have problem, tried several. Just the one I bought the console for . Between the freeze and a crash you see a colorful pattern for a half second on the screen. What should I do? Tried everything I could, reinstalled it, offline mode, framerate and resolution, hard reset xbox, nothing worked. Who should I contact for help? Thank you.

Crashing to desktop 4 times during load screens Xbox series S

I have the same issue since one month and we are the 3th of november 2023 now

On serie S, Stafield is barely playable : for me, the game freeze or crashe every hours. I can see it happen in advance each time as when time progresses, menu are slower and slower to open until the game crashes or freezes . So it must be a problem of memory management or something like that, and it should be fixed. For now, I have to restart my xbox each time that makes the game not enjoyable at all

I adressed this issue to Bethseda support one month ago and nothing happens. It is a shame. This is a so-called "next gen" game ?

Would you buy a car that broke down every km and be told to reinstall the engine, wait for update in one year, or other stupid things that Bethseda offers us to solve the problem ? It is up to Bethseda to solve the issue. And quickly....

So I install it under Account A (gamepass ultimate, home console) on Series X. Accound B and C can play it aswell - and go online

If i log into the Series S on Account A - the game will be linked and available for download and play - correct?
If i then log into the Series S with account C for example, can Account C play fifa23 then on the Series S - and online?

Forza motorsport unplayable on series s, Darktide unplayable on series s, starfield unplayable on series, Gotham knights unplayable on series s... All these day one release from gamepass crash with in a couple mins and are unplayable please fix.
