Xbox Series S, Ezio Collection - Screen Freezes

Hi, I recently buyed Ezio Collection on my Xbox, I tried to start it and every time screen freezes on main loading screen. I feel like sometimes I can do something in my backgroung, pick some options but the screen is still freezed. I tried to reinstall game multiple times and it didn't helped.

I really want to play it, anybody know any fix to do it?

I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

Please try the following steps:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Remove your account from the console (You need to have your email address handy so that you can log in later).

2. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

3. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

4. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

5. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

6. Log in to your account again.

After this process try to run the game again.

Hello again! The problem was already solved. Assassins Creed: The Ezio Collection has some problems that Ubisoft has not solved. Assassins Creed: Revelations, one of the games in the collection, is broken. The game simply freezes my screen and turns off
the console.

The Ezio Collection for $10 is a great price.

It's better than just Ezio. You will be able to play as Altair, Ezio, and Desmond.

According to Ubisoft, it is the last game in the series with Ezio.
