    Xbox series S doesn't recognize headset/headphone.


    Hello. I've been using a Series S console for a month, I have two original controllers. I did the steps to completely restart the console, the controls are up to date, I tested 3 different headphones (all working on other devices), and even then the console/controller does not recognize it! What else is there to do?

    Yes, as described (Power Reset).

    I'm not using an adapter, but connecting directly to input P2 (bottom left).

    On another Xbox Series S from a friend, my headphones worked.

    Ok, I understand. When you said that you restarted the console, do you mean a Power Reset? Like unplugging all cables, waiting for 3 minutes and plug them in again?

    You are using a Headset Adapter on your controllers, right? Did you tested it on other console but with the same Adapter to see if it's not the problem?

    Are you using a Wireless headset or are you connecting it to the controller?

    Also, none of the 3 headsets tested (which are working fine on other devices) are being recognized on this Xbox Series S console?

    Two are headphones (Samsung and Motorola) and a JBL headset. P2 cables 3.5mm.

    Yes, none were recognized.
