    Xbox series s disconnects from internet then reconnects (wired)


    I found a temporary fix but once I do that the problem comes back after a week or two. It just disconnects from the internet so it kicks me off any game I’m playing then does it again after a few minutes

    I have this issue with the Series S and Samsung TV. I’ve had the TV disconnected from the internet to stop ads, only reconnected it recently and since then I’ve started having the sound issues with the Xbox.

    go to your network setting and from there if you are wired or wireless click on the it. From there what you will want to do is click on configure network> go to additional setting> restore to factory defaults after that exit out and disconnect for your internet
    either wired or wireless and then go to your storage device and highlight your hard drive and click Y on the controller. What you want to do is Clear the System cache 3 times and after that Turn off the Xbox console and unplug it from the wall and wait 30
    sec before reconnecting it. Then connect your wired internet back to your console or if you turn on your Xbox 360 go back to network setting and reconnect to your wireless internet and test the connect. See if that helps and let me know..
