Xbox Series S Digital display problem

Xbox Series S will not display on any tv. Have tried resetting to low resolution, have tried different hdmi cords and different tvs. Was working perfectly fine until i switch the hdmi from my xbox to my apple tv then back and it suddenly stopped working

* If you have an all-digital console like the Xbox One S all-digital edition or the Xbox Series S, you can do the display reset and bring up the startup troubleshooter using holding the BIND button only.

When you run a game on either an Xbox One or Series X/S it first looks to see if you own the licence (digital). If you don't own a digital license the console will check for a disc. But as the Series S has no optical Blu-ray Drive it will display a message
and the game will not run.

Other installed games - regardless of how they got on the storage device - that also can be purchased from the Xbox Store won't need to downloaded again. Purchasing an already installed game will convert it to a digital license.

But you will have to buy any pre-installed games if you don't own them digitally.

Both consoles are digital...it's just the Series S is Digital only whereas the Series X is both Digital and Physical.

It's really recommended to look for monitors that have been fully tested on the Series X|S hardware before going out and buying one. There are loads of videos on YouTube of compatible displays.
