Xbox Series S crashes every game.

It crashes on me no matter what console I'm on I'm so sick of app crashing on me every 30 minutes i use xbox series s series x and pc and still does same thing app crashes and I have to start it back up

I don't believe this is a hardware issue. If it is, they need to tell us specifically what is happening that makes our Xbox faulty on only one game. Never heard of that before. Why does every other game work fine with no crashing? Only the Xbox Series X/S version of BF2042 is crashing for ppl on the Series X/S after going through all of the troubleshooting steps, different controllers (someone suggested elite series 2 is a possible cause) etc. Is EA going to address this issue or can we get a more specific technical explanation?

Delete temporary files. Temporary files can cause problems with game performance. You can delete them by logging into your console and selecting "Settings" > "System" > "Storage" > "Delete Temporary Files."

Restore your console to factory settings. If you have tried all the other steps and the problem persists, you can restore your console to factory settings. This will erase all data on your console, so be sure to back up your data before doing this. To restore your console, log into your console and select "Settings" > "System" > "Restore."

If you have tried these solutions and the problem persists, it is probably a failure or breakdown of the console hardware, check it and if this is the case, send it for repair.
