Xbox series S controller RB button makes spring noise after dropping controller

I’ve noticed a problem on my controllers as well. I have had two s controllers and one original xbox one controller and after sometime the rb or lb buttons have broke. But I have dropped them few times so its not unexpected that something will break eventually.
After all the controllers arent made out of steel so they will break if you keep dropping them.

This noise is not normal, the bumper buttons are a single piece and there's no spring on them.

If your controller is still under warranty, please, submit a repair request.

personally i am not happy with the quality of the elite series controller: for such a high price it should be much more resistant. After less than 6 months mine series 1 started having stick issues (slow constant movement towards the left, alway), which
is very annoying, and after 9 months Rb button started not to work. I hope series x controller will be better quality: i would pay 20 bucks more for a better quality controller
