    Xbox Series S controller freezes and disconnects but the light on the controller stays on


    Whenever I play a game after a few minutes the controller fully disconnects like I can't control my xbox series s at all but the light on the controller doesn't start flashing it just stays solid.

    Any thing I can do?

    The problem happened to me a lot and the batteries are new, and i did power cycle, The device and the control were updated

    my device xbox Series s, i got it two days ago

    I have tried before to clear my xbox's cache and the controller works fine for a few days but then the problem starts again and also are there any rechargeable batteries that you would recommend for my xbox series s controller
