Xbox series s can't add another account.

What games are you transferring? Which consoles are involved? If it's transferring from, say, a Series X/S to an Xbox One, then it may be because the games are S/X versions.

As to the expansion pack, I believe that is only available to the account that bought it and the console that account is on...it can't be transferred to another account on another console

Xbox one s or series s ?

If xbox one s then no it has to run thru xcloud as the hardware isn't powerful enough meaning non subscriber accounts can't use it

Series s can run it natively thru home share

The one that was included with the purchase of the Xbox s series .. I accidently put to use another acct and now i connected to my personal fortnite acct and can't seem to find it

If you add the code to Account A, that account and all other accounts can play the game on the Series X since that is Account A's Home console. On the Series S, the game can only be played as long as Account A is signed in.

• You can play disc based Xbox One and BC games on a Series X. The Series S does not have a Blu-ray drive. Series S is a digital only console. You can't play discs on it.
• Xbox accounts work on Xbox 360, Xbox One, Windows 10, Series X and S. All you need to do is sign in. All your digital games/DLCs, achievements and save games come with you. You don't need a separate account for Series X/S. In addition, your Xbox account
  will continue to function on any of your old consoles. You just won't be able to sign in on two devices with one account at the same time.
