    Ive tried using an alternate mac address on the console but that didnt work. Its seriously hit or miss when connecting to wifi sometimes it just works just fine and it doesnt tell me my password or network name is wrong. Every other time i try to connect it just tells me it cant connect, this only happens if ive disconnected my wifi to use my hotspot or gone somewhere else and come back. No idea why it wont work google has been zero help and im at a loss.

    The Xbox 360 cannot connect to the Xbox app, only the Xbox One and Series X|S consoles can do that.

    Is Tech Support there just to ruin consoles?

    If you explain what the issue is maybe I or others here on this forum can help you get the console back to a working state.

    Are you getting any error codes? What are they?

    What version of console? Original, xbox one, S, X, Series S or X

    WiFi or wired ethernet network connection?

    Microsoft won't fix connections to hidden wifi networks on Xbox Series X/S

    The xbox series x/s is completely incapable of connecting to hidden wifi networks. There are various tricks/hacks people are using which may or may not work, but it is not supported natively.

    I cannot connect to hidden wifi networks. It will not find my ssid when manually entered.

    xbox series s and x are crossplay with pc, xbox one is not as stated in all of EA's documentation, they stated that xbox one and ps4 are not crossplay with pc but they are with each other, only those on pc, xbox series s/x and ps5 are fully crossplay, this is why you cannot invite each other.

    Xbox can't connect to the Wi-Fi

    Tried everything and it's not working. The console sees the wifi and tries to connect to it but it always fail saying that it cannot connect to that wifi. MAC filtering isn't doing anything and neither is IPV6.
