If you hear something rattling around inside your console and it's not turning on, the best thing to do would be to have it serviced.
Do you know if your console is under warranty? Xbox consoles typically have a warranty period of 1 year after purchase, although this may vary depending on your country of residence.

• You can check your console's warranty status at: https://account.microsoft.com/devices

To do so:

- Click on "Register Device"
- Input your region and the console's serial number.
* The serial number can be found on a sticker at the back of the console.
- Once registered, its warranty status will be displayed next to the device's name.
- If you'd like to issue a service order for your device, please click on "See details" and then select "Start order" from the "Device Coverage" section.
Once your console is registered, click on "See details" and start a service order from the "Device coverage" section.

If your Xbox console or Xbox accessory is no longer covered by your Standard Limited Warranty, you may be eligible for out-of-warranty service for a fee. If you don't mind, I'd appreciate it if you could answer the following questions:

- May I ask if you have already tried unplugging your console for a few minutes to reset its power supply? 5 minutes should be enough.

- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's Expansion card or USB ports?

- Is your console plugged in directly into one of the wall's outlets?

i bought the Gears LE One S about 3 weeks ago. Same problem... A second long beep instantly followed by a click. Sometimes it beeps without the click but it makes me very uncomfortable every time. This is so odd.

try this procedure

If there is a disc in the console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Xbox  button for 10 seconds to turn it off.

Press and hold the Xbox  button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on your console. You will hear a beep immediately and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash before the second beep. Do not release until you hear the second beep or see the console boot into low resolution mode (the Xbox startup screen will appear slightly pixelated).

Note If you have an Xbox Series S or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, you will need to press and hold the Xbox  button and the Pair button, as your console does not have an Eject button.
