Xbox series s app won't update (Store/Events beta)

I, like many others, have run into the issue of apps not updating, particularly the Microsoft store and events (beta). I have tried a resetting the console. I have tried clearing the alternate Mac address, I have tried removing my account and then re-adding it to the console. I'm really stuck and don't know what else to do. It really sucks having to cancel them over and over and over because they don't update just to update games that get stuck behind them in queue.

I have just completed this and still the same thing. Apps queue for update but never update. If I bump games to the top of the list they update without issues, but these apps just are not getting the memo...

EDIT: After resetting the console twice it has seemed this fixed it after all. I will keep an eye on it. Thanks for the help!

Try this first mate:

First clean the cache of your console that way:

1. Hold the XBOX power button on the console for 10 seconds until you hear a small sound.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Turn it back on.

Note: It may take a while for him to call, don't worry, it's normal.

Then, restore your console keeping the games and apps:

***IMPORTANT*** If you share accounts with someone, you will have to redo the process of placing the account as the main one again, be aware of the chances you still have to do this, as Microsoft makes available per year, only 5 chances so you can make some account your console's main account.
