Xbox series S and Orcs must die 3 issue

First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

Could you confirm for me if this problem only happens with this game, or happens with other games of yours as well?

Uninstall the game and install it again

You can also hard reset the Xbox console and its cache. Here is how to do so:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

*If all your games have problems like this, try the solution below.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

*Select to keep your games and apps so they won't be deleted.

First try to reinstall the game to see if the problem persists, if it persists try the other solutions I've given you.

I have only problem with this one game , i try reinstall or reset - thanks for suggestions

Been a while but i do remember you get all sorts of upgrades,traps & stuff.Not a short game either,plus you'll need to replay levels with your upgraded stuff to get all the stars on each level(think it was stars).

One of the few games that's worth the full price on xbla.

I forgot to dl this but i do plan on trying it out. I'm not overly big on tower defense games but everyone who's tried it has seemed to enjoy or love it so it seems like a good thing to try.
