    XBOX Series S All Access Issues


    Hello! I purchased the Xbox Series S and All Access bundle (through Target, if that matters) and upon starting up my new console there is no digital direct content on my new console. The All Access FAQ page points to Citizen's One, who I have spoken to
    numerous times and they just point me back to Microsoft. I've also spoken with Target numerous times, who also advises I should contact Microsoft. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

    I have the same issuse. I called citizen one also, who directed me to microsoft. I called microsoft and the rep i talked to tried to help but ended up not being able to fix it. He told me he would call me back in 15 to 20 minutes, but never called back.

    I kept getting a "Problem on our end, wait a little longer" type of error, and support ended up "deleting" my existing XBOX Live GOLD subscription to resolve the issue. It's supposed to auto-convert an existing membership, or something like that, but obviously wasn't working...

    If Not uk then you need to set yoir account region as uk under manage my account on this website
