Xbox series s 1tb preorder money returned to my account?

hello, is anyone else having issues with their preorder for the new series S? I ordered mine back in June and everything was well until I checked my bank account today, the money is back in my account but Microsoft says its should be coming as expected on September 1st. The money was taken out on the 26th so i thought it was fine and id be getting a tracking number soon but I haven't received anything yet and I have gotten no emails saying that my order was cancelled. My bank also didn't call for suspicious activity either so I'm just wondering if I should preorder again or wait till I get my tracking info and it possibly takes the money out again.

1. The Series X comes with 1TB. The Series S comes with 512GB.

2. That may be the Series S which is smaller than the Series X.

unlike movies, games do not come with digital copies. The series S has no disc drive, therefore cannot use a disk

you would have to return the game and put the money toward a purchase of digital code for the series S
