xbox series 手柄，蓝牙pc，经常断线

我新买的xbox series 手柄，蓝牙连接pc经常断线，再自动重新连接，我有两台laptop，分别做过连接，都有问题。

我之前的xbox one手柄，同的蓝牙连接pc操作，没有任何问题，很稳定。

另外用新版的xbox series手柄蓝牙连接pc，玩nba2k13老游戏的时候，键位出问题，RB/LB会double click。同老版xbox one手柄没问题。

我怀疑新版xbox series 手柄，蓝牙模组有bug，请帮忙回复如何解决。

For my newly bought xbox series controller (model is 1914), the Bluetooth connection to the PC is often disconnected and then automatically reconnected. I have tried two laptops separately and both were problems.

A device of my old xbox one controller (model is 1708) is very good, the same Bluetooth connection PC operation, there is no problem, and it is stable.

When using the new version of the xbox series controller Bluetooth to connect to the pc, and play the old nba2k13 game, the key mapping is wrong, the RB/LB will double-click. The same old version of xbox one controller has no problem.

I suspect that the xbox series controllers and Bluetooth module have bugs, please help advise me how to solve this problem. Thank you very much.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this situation is causing you.

If you haven't already, please try updating the firmware of your controller as it might help fix the issue.

To update your controller on a Windows 10 PC by using the Xbox Accessories app:

If you don’t already have the app installed, get it in the: Microsoft Store
Open the Xbox Accessories app.
Connect your Xbox Wireless Controller by using a USB cable or the Xbox Wireless Adaptor for Windows.

Note You'll be prompted to update to Windows 10 Anniversary Edition if you haven't yet done so.
When the controller is connected, you'll see the message Update Required if an update is mandatory. Install the update.

However, if you are using an Xbox console, here's how to update the controller:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Under Profile & system, select Settings.
Under Devices & connections, select Accessories.
On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select “…” to check the firmware version for your controller.
If it says there’s no update available, your controller is current. If it says “Update,” follow the steps provided.
Once your controller is updated, disconnect the USB cable and try connecting wirelessly again.

法配对手柄，可能是蓝牙存在问题。

建议您尝试卸载重装蓝牙驱动查看效果：

Win+X，选中设备管理器，展开蓝牙，右键选中蓝牙驱动，卸载设备；

然后重启Windows检测更新下载系统推送到蓝牙驱动或前往该品牌的官网下载对应型号的驱动；

已经按照两个链接中的内容操作了一遍,更换usb插口,卸载驱动再重启,但都没有作用,手柄还是链接不上线适配器,适配器和手柄的指示灯一直闪烁,没有连接成功

您好，还是未能解决。

按照故障排除尝试操作之后，使用蓝牙连接配对，可以正常工作。

之后保持蓝牙连接状态，使用USB连接，此时，识别出一个新的控制器设备，但是原有的蓝牙连接依旧显示已连接。

之后断开USB连接，线控制器的连接依旧存在，且显示为已连接状态，但是实际上控制器的指示灯缓慢闪烁，也就是连接已经断开。连接问题依旧没有解决。

在使用这个控制器之前，曾经用过其余品牌的有线控制器。目前遇到的问题会不会是这引起的呢？

附注：线控制器购得自微软官方商场。
