    Hi All

    I just got the XBX yesterday and having problems to play a few games (down loaded digital contents from Smart Delivery).

    Problem: Having sketches, long lines and polygons in video scenes.

    1) COD Cold War: Cut scenes have no problem. Game play with motion having sketches, long lines and polygons in video scenes.

    2) AC Valhalla: Cut scenes have no problem. Game play in house scenes no video problem. Outside motion having sketches, long lines and polygons in video scenes.

    3) Forza 4 Horizon: Cut scenes have no problem. Game play with motion having sketches, long lines and polygons in video scenes.

    4) Still trying another games. Note: so far NBA2K21, Warzone, Watch Dog Legion are working OK so far....

    Back to Xbox360 and Xbox One 1st gen, this problems were caused by bad disc or bad disc drive. But it is the digital content downloaded to SSD.

    Things have been tried:

    - Used XBX HDMI included cable (HDMI Ultra 2.1) and HDMI 2.0

    - Tried with 3 different TVs and monitor. Last TV is LG 65UN8500 with HDMI# 3 full 4K@120Hz, HDR no VRR.

    - Soft reset (keep games and setup) - Still problem

    - Hard Reset to factory setting (erase all games and setup) - Still problem

    In Doubt:

    - Bad downloaded digital copies??? Depend on region and location, the servers are different. I may download the corrupted copies from my assigned server?

    - SSD is defected???

    I need all of your advises .... I have this box only 24 Hrs and could not sleep.

    That last post I agree with. The 360 and ps3 lasted for a very long time they were well ahead of their time.

    Keep getting disconnected from match

    It happens me to: only on garden operations and quite always when you have a lot of polygons goin on, for example during battle boss.

    I want it so that games like pubg render fast enough for you to land on a building and it be there instead of a blurry polygon. overall i just expect it to be able to run any game with no issues, frame drops or lag.

    Communication ban wont let me pkay some games

    During a communication ban it true that you can play games only line but what is not know is not all game will be playable on-line. This is because some games "Requires" communications to play the game so during a comm ban these games can not be played.

    I agree. I've always enjoyed the official artwork/sketches/box art of the MGS series. I'm also pretty partial to the "not cell-shaded" art style of the Borderlands games.
