    I'm using the latest public release of Windows 11 at the time of this post. I own 2 Xbox Series Controllers. I also own the official Xbox USB Dongle so the 3.5 mm headphone jack on the controllers can access audio feed via bluetooth over dongle. However, Windows treats both controllers as separate speaker sources. I can switch between the audio sources via the Windows 11 Action Center, but just cannot have the audio in both at the same time. This is annoying during multiplayer gaming when I have friends over. I guess that this issue won't exist with an actual Xbox. But, what's the workaround for PC? If the solution doesn't exist, is it possible for Microsoft to patch it? Thanks!

    Have you tried using each controller with a headset directly connected to the controller, by the direct compatible method?

    What is "the direct compatible method"? I have never heard of such a phrase.

    At a guess, I'd say they probably mean have you tried using them wired as opposed to wireless.

    For xbox one controllers and xbox series controllers

    by bluetooth if your pc has this (does not support audio passthrough so no headest support via controller).

    by wire (this supports audio passthough for headsets via controller)

    by purchasing the xbox wireless adapter for pc (this supports audio passthough for headsets via controller)
