    My xbox controller stops charging while my console is in sleep mode. Bought Xbox Series X with officual rechargeable battery in July. The power efficient mode isn't activated in settings.

    It should charge from the front USB ports even if energy saving mode is selected.

    Seriously? How are you an ambasssdor?

    The console can charge devices while it's off. Even the 360 can do it. If it couldn't, the light on the USB cabke wouldn't be on while the console is in sleep mode and as I've stated after plugging in the controller and turning the console back off, my controller
    continues to charge.
