xbox series controller on PC - some games don't work using bluetooth

Hello Christophe, the way you describe it doesn't seem to be something of the contro could be bluetooth but I think it's unlikely to be the newest, but it may be from the games, some actually present this problem.

I use those two controllers via bluetooth on 2 different computers (an old desktop and a new laptop) with 2 different bluetooth controllers, and it's the same behaviour.

And I already tried with the wireless adapter on both of them and everything works fine with it.

I was looking for that

For the old desktop it's a 4.0 bluetooth dongle

For the new laptop it's a intel 5.2 bluetooth

But bear in mind that only some games are not working, most of my library is working great.

For my 3d computer, I bought a xbox wireless adapter because controller was often disconneting with bluetooth and as the other, was not detected by some games

And I tried with another 4.0 bluetooth dongle just before (not the same manufacturer) and it doesn't work

That's what I wanted to know, this issue only happens on the right old computer, but it also happens in a new one, it may be the Bluetooth version, ideally it to be 4.0 forward.

Bluetooth pass information and communication protocols and certain manufacturers may limit some protocol.

I've seen that problem with Dragon Age Inquisition long time ago, but I saw the same thing in Aer so I thought that it could come from the controller.

But I finally found this for Aer:
