    Hello there

    My series x pre order ( Melbourne Australia) got canceled as i recieved email on 4th Nov. i have funds in my account. I didnt get any notification from Microsoft when the amount will be deducted. I have talked to customer rep who gave me the reason that
    MS tried but lack of balance and they canceled. Is there any way i can get the order up again?? Btw i had money all the time, i still got no clue why it happened. My order got canceled at the last moment of me waiting month.

    Same thing happened to me. It just vanished. Pre order for the series x was there until today. I got no notification of the pre order getting cancelled either.

    Here in mother Australia PS4s are readily available. Stop complaining on Xbox forums about your PS4 hassles. You are the idiot who canceled your pre order so now you have to deal with it.
