Xbox Series 2 Elite Controller Bluetooth on PC randomly disconnects

Hey guys so I got a series 2 controller a few days ago. I love it/has been working great on my xbox. Have not noticed or seen any problems yet when it is connected to the xbox.

But when I connect it to a pc/laptop through bluetooth it randomly disconnects. The frame rate drops insanely low and once its disconnected the game goes to normal. Most of the time it will reconnect itself almost instantly or ill have to restart the controller.
Now I've done the bluetooth troubleshoot and all that, removing the device and reconnecting it/making sure the windows 10 is updated and such. I did update the controller the day I got it. But now I'm nervous it will start having problems when its connected
to the xbox.

I see a lot people are having this problem. I'm more curious if anyone has found a fix or if microsoft/xbox has said anything about it yet. I'm not in the mood to ship it to xbox to "check" for problems because I did that a few times back in the 360 days
and I know the thing isn't broken. But I feel they should start getting some updates going pretty quick because for a controller thats as much as a console its a little not right.

I have a few Elite Series 2 controllers and they all fail to reconnect to my PC via Bluetooth after disconnecting from the USB cable. Are you saying that having to remove the device and add it in again via Bluetooth is normal/the way the controller was
designed?! Where might I find info on this? I would like to get it figured out. Thanks.

Xbox elite series 1 doesn't.have bluetooth which came out after the first.gen xbox one controllers

The series.2 and.later xbox controllers have. Bluetooth

As mentioned before Mac doesn't.support elites 1

Hello I hope you are having a great day did you try to update the drivers on your pc!? If not try it could help you try another controller just to make sure that the issue is not from the pc or the controller itself

That is true. You are not alone on that one. But if you don't have problem with the controller and xbox. So it's not a controller problem but a Bluetooth problem on pc. Have you check the Bluetooth connector on settings to see the power safe is not on?

Try to re-install the drivers from the Bluetooth.
