Xbox Series 2 controller left stick sounds clunky and has an unresponsive click.

Could u please listen to the video. U can hear the clunking of the left stick compared to the smoothness of the right.

U should be able to download the video (if loading doesn't work)

I would like to know if this is normal of if its a defect.

Depending on what it is I will ask for a refund or replacement.

There really is no fix for the stick drift that you are describing. The fastest and best solution is to replace the faulty controller.

Thanks Kevin I just purchased the elite series 2 controller so I could send the old one in for repair and that has an immediate issue. The left analog stick is loose which is noticeable when clicking in.

Little bit disappointed as I purchased the controller online as nowhere local has stock so another hassle to replace.

Guess I'm just unlucky.
