Xbox select profile command not working for Netflix

this used to work, then it randomly stopped working. I don't know if it was an update or a random bug. I can say Xbox go to netflix, and it goes. Then it comes up to 3 profiles associated to my netflix account. When I say Xbox select, then wait a second,
then say profile one, nothing happens. It says "profile one" at the top right, so the kinect knows what I'm saying, but it doesn't go anywhere or do anything. If I say profile two, it says "profile two" at the top as well, as it understand what I say, but
it does not go anywhere. I am required to hit A on my controller, and then continue. ALL of the ofher select commands work on Netflix (play, next list, pause, play 1, play 2, etc.) On the screen where you select a profile is where my problem is. Ive tried
deleting the app and reinstalling it twice now, and it still doesn't work. Please let me know how I can fix this problem.

Netflix Voice Support - How to Use

Hi ZEBRA,

Netflix voice commands are NOT highlighted in green, unlike the rest of the xbox apps, which is obviously confusing.

Here is a list of the Netflix voice commands:

Firstly, make the kinect go into listening mode by saying "xbox select"

While xbox is listening you can say:

(on profile select screen) "Profile one", Profile two" (etc....)

(when scrolling through lists on the Netflix home screen) "Show more" , "Show previous" , "Next list" , "Previous list"

(select a film/show to watch) "Select 1" , "Select 2" , "Select 3" (etc...) or "Play 1", "Play 2" (etc...)

(when on film select screen) "Play", "Play from beginning", "Add to my List" or "Remove from my list"

(Whilst watcing a show/film) "Xbox play", "xbox pause", "xbox fast forward", "xbox rewind", "xbox stop" (no need to say xbox select first with those commands)

(During a show or on select screen) "Back to browse" (takes to the Netflix home screen)

(Other commands when at the netflix home screen) "Exit Netflix", "switch profiles"

Remember to say "xbox select" to put Kinect into listening mode before using these commands.

My Netflix voice commands seems to not be working. There was a ticket submitted previously, and it seems to still not be fixed after a year. When I say "Xbox Select", it doesn't prompt me to say the next command, such as "Profile 1", or "Select 3". I've
been having this issue for awhile now, and I understand it's an issue on Netflix's part, but it still hasn't been fixed? It was cool to not have to use my remote to control my Netflix, or Hulu even. In saying this what further action should I take?

 

Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?
