Xbox seems broken but everyting reacts

Discus and support Xbox seems broken but everyting reacts in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; When I press A to open up a gamr, the Xbox reacts, but it wont open up anything.     Xbox seems broken but everyting reacts


    When I press A to open up a gamr, the Xbox reacts, but it wont open up anything. Its the same with the settings. I cant move down because it resets itself immediatly to the place where i came from. I only got 1 controller so i cant check if the trouble sits in the controller

    I got a Series S

    Anyone who got a tip/solution?

    Xbox360 slim keeps turning itself off

    I have cleaned it now and it seems to stay on longer i hope this doesnt happen again because it happens from time to time only now it kept switching off everyte i turned it on thanks for the help!
