    Xbox Seagate 8TB hardrive


    My 8TB game drive has stopped working

    I’m unable to connect it back onto my Xbox it turns on but doesn’t pop up on storage settings ( no light in game drive either )

    I have over £500+ games on it

    And don’t want to lose them

    But it did come in once and not all games appeared ,does that mean Iv lost them due to corruption?,

    And When I go to Microsoft store I have to buy the games again to play them but I already have them connected to my account

    All your purchases are tied to your account so you can redownload them for free from your purchase history. So you won't lose them unless you just don't have access to the account that purchased them.

    X1X - External USB Storage problem producing a "connection too weak error" and the broken UI handling it.

    I have a WD 8TB and a Seagate 8TB hard drive, no issues. Max overall is 16TB. You could in theory get a 10TB and a 6TB hard drive.
