    Xbox Screentime Problems


    Xbox screentime limits are no longer working correctly.

    It used to work fine up until a few months ago I could set a screentime limit that was app independent. Now it won't time out. It just says screentime will end at 730am no matter what time of day or how many hours I put down or what time of day I allow.
    The only thing that works is setting per app limits which is not what I want to do.

    Screentime does not work

    I am having the same problem. Microsoft worked with me to reorganize my kids accounts and now I can control screentime for one but not the other.

    Check the IOS settings under screentime. I turned that off and it worked fine!

    Hi there,

    just to be sure the same screentime information shows at
    https://account.microsoft.com/family/

    When something was changed be sure to have the account Sign out and Sign back in again to ensure the new settings are collected.

    If that doesn't do anything please also try these steps:

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    3. Redownload your profile
