    Xbox Screentime Problems


    Hi There, since 2 Months we have Problems with the Xbox Screen Time, with the Account of my Son.

    On his Notebook its working fine, Ends with the set Time. On Xbox-One it won't work anymore he Can play for Hours and Hours...

    How Can i fix this?

    What i tried: Change Settings, nothing happens.

    Remove Account from Xbox. We can resign in but the setting won't work.

    Remove Account from Family,... a lot of work to to that and re sign in on Computer, xbox etc. - still not working.

    Any Help out There?

    When will ScreenTime feature (replacement for family timer on 360) become active on Xbox One?

    as ,many posted here, we want screentime on xbox one.

    Screentime does not work

    I am having the same problem. Microsoft worked with me to reorganize my kids accounts and now I can control screentime for one but not the other.

    Minecraft PE can’t login to Microsoft Account

    Check the IOS settings under screentime. I turned that off and it worked fine!

    Hi there,

    just to be sure the same screentime information shows at
    https://account.microsoft.com/family/

    When something was changed be sure to have the account Sign out and Sign back in again to ensure the new settings are collected.

    If that doesn't do anything please also try these steps:

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

    3. Redownload your profile
    ​ If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at
