Xbox scrach my disc

Hi (I'm sorry for bad english), my girlfriend, bought me Assassin's creed Rogue for my birthday one year ago. Xbox 360 just scratched the disc and it doesen't works anymore. What can I do?

yeah i cleaned the disc there are some light noremal use scraches but nothing big and the install fails at 80%

Try download again the install and install the game from Scrach

Sorry to hear it. If the scratch is a circle scratch around the center of the disc then that is because the console was moved or bumped while the disc was spinning. I'm afraid that if the disc is unuseable then you should look into getting a new copy of
the game.

Sounds like they move the system while they're playing games. Everyone who owns a xbox knows that moving xbox with a game in it is a big no.

It's fine to use the console in the vertical position. Just don't move it. Tell the kids not to touch the console while playing. There is NO reson to move it. Or, as stated above lay it flat with the power turned off. GOOD LUCK!!!
