    Xbox says I no longer own my Sims4 pre-order bonus


    I pre-ordered the Sims 4 and got the deluxe edition. The pre-order also included the perfect patio pack as a bonus. This morning the perfect patio pack content disappeared from my game but the store said I owned it. I followed the advice of uninstalling and reinstalling. However after I uninstalled it the store said I do not own it. I cannot reinstall the pack.

    How do I get the pack back?

    I appreciate the detailed information, and I apologize but with the pre-order bonus, it's either EA or Microsoft that can validate that. You may need to reach out to EA first so they can check your eligibility.

    I only have this account for Xbox and have had this pack since I had the game. The pre-order bonus was still available when I bought it.

    I looked on the link you sent and I couldn't find any about purchasing the patio pack but did find my original Sims purchase said completed in November 2017.
