Xbox says I have more friends than I actually do on account?

It's possible that this is a glitch in the Xbox system and you should try contacting Xbox Support again. They may be able to assist you further or escalate the issue to their technical team for further investigation. In the meantime, try restarting your Xbox and see if that resolves the issue. If not, try signing in and out of your Xbox profile to see if that fixes the issue.

I have tried signing in and out multiple times. When I talked to Microsoft support on phone they didn't know what to do so that's why they had me report a problem on Xbox but haven't heard. I will try to contact them tomorrow and see i guess.

It's a ghost account I can't unfollow it, because I can't see it. I currently only have 7 friends right now, but the number of friends the servers are saying I have is 8. I always have 1 more friend and follower than I actually do. I can tell it's a ghost account, because when I look at the history of my notifications it says unknown has followed me, but when I select the notification to load the profile it won't load and it gives me an error. Also just to let you know setting your friends list to friends only or private doesn't actually stop players from being able to follow you that setting is for only visibility purposes and only determines who can see your friends list. There is no support on here and it seems like noone knows what they're talking about it's actually a joke.
