    Xbox says I have had past behavior but my record is clean?


    so the other day I was trying to change my gamerpic, I went to the option and it told me I had “past behavior”, so then I checked on the enforcement page, it told me my record is clean, but Xbox is telling me it’s not, anyways since I don’t have anything
    on my record I can’t file a case to fix it, please help.

    Cant send messages on console or website

    It says due to my past behavior I cant send messages, according to the xbox enforcement site I have a perfect record

    Unable to send messages "Due to past behavior"

    xbox will not allow me to send messages, it says it is due to my past behavior but I have a perfect record and don't have any bans. I've already sent the code to my phone and submitted it and checked my reputation yet it still will not allow me to send any
    messages. Please help!

    If so, do you happen to notice any issues when you try
    uploading     a Gamerpic on your Xbox One console instead?

    Interesting, I have had at least 10 in the past but it says I have a clean record.

    Why am I unable to change to a custom gamer pic when my record is perfect, no violations?

    I do know that the Xbox smartphone app sometimes gives that “past behavior” error message when it glitches out, despite you having a clean record.

    Try changing your gamerpic on a Windows 10 computer, using the built-in Xbox app.
