Xbox save game files did not migrate to new account

Thank you for your help.

I have noticed that the specific saved game files I find more important are ‘embedded’ within the game. I can see a specified saved games folder (‘reserved space’). As they seem embedded I am not sure I can reach them seperately at all. I almost believe I would have to migrate the entire game (106,6 Gb).

I will certainly try the solutions you suggested. With the chance of sounding stupid; how can I check/download if anything is in the cloud? I assume that the data there is shown to whoever owns it. As my save games in the cloud belong to account X (which I still have access to), so technically I wouldn’t be able to access that data from account Y. Or am I mistaken?

I have tried to get a ‘real’ assistant on chat, but I haven’t seen the option come up any more. It did for my first problem, but now I am always getting the option to go ‘back’ or chat with the virtual assistant.

Hi Andrew!

I'm not sure what you mean by migrating your Gold, as account migration is no longer functional and Gold Time is non transferable between subscriptions, nor are achievements, DLC, or save files.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news.

I have the same issue on my MacBook prompting me to buy the game again ive been on contact with xbox support since December 8th there telling me my account wasn't successfully migrated and no achievements show I have email proof that is was migrated as well as I have proof from my computer files from Minecraft showing I did play and did unlock achievements after I migrated my account this is so frustrating
