    I have 2 xboxes and I can login to my account normally from those and from my PC. I got an ultimate pass for my account. Then I was trying to setup an account for my son. 1st attempt was to add his email as family member in my account. But this way we couldn't play together on the same time at both xboxes with the ultimate pass.

    2nd attempt was to create a full microsoft & xbox account using his email. Then buy an ultimate pass for his account. That seemed to have worked and on day 1 all was ok and we were playing together on both xboxes.

    Next day though we couldn't login to his account. Xbox was saying something like "issue with account, go to accounts.live.com to resolve this". When I used my PC to try to login to the account, it was not possible. It was logging me in to the account of the family member (I think the system got confused because the email was the same for both accounts)

    Then I had all sort of issues trying to contact microsoft tech support. I went through their automated assistant ,

    https://support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us , and when it came the time to actually connect me to a real person, it had an issue saying something like "there was an issue, we are aware of it" etc. I did several attempts, one attempt was to ask to connect to an xbox specialist. After waiting for 15 mins I closed the window and later on got an email "Your Xbox question was sent to a specialist". I clicked the link later on and it took me to a broken page "Hey, what happened to this page?". Well , what can I say, they should have gone to AWS... This left me with the issue and no way to contact someone to help me out with it.

    Anyway I need to contact someone from microsoft, is there a way to contact them that is not broken? I've paid for the ultimate pass for the missing account.

    Well no of course not

    There is only two points of contact with xbox

    None of them are by email

    Both your issues require pii which cant.be done by email or chat

    And thats a legal thing not voluntarily

    Fyi chat isn't xbox support they are gamers

    You select.I don't recognize a.charge and request a call back

    like to second OPs post. Impossible to contact customer support for unusual issues like this. Been randomly locked out of my brand-new XSX linked account (with GamePass) for a day now. Customer support bots just route me to unhelpful common issues that do not fit my problem. Hope you get a reply OP been a bummer for me. Locked out and recovery just gave me an error now I'm locked out for even recovery. Makes you wonder what you paid for exactly

    Well yes but I mean no word from Microsoft tech support yet. Since I can't contact them via other means due to their broken web sites, I was hoping they could see this.

    Old DLC on a previous Xbox that doesn't work anymore

    Status code 80151103 is typically related to a WLID or password issue on the windows live website.

    I would suggest going on accounts.live.com and logging in. If you get a blocked account message, follow the steps there to get that resolved. If not, reset your password and then re-download the account on your Xbox. See if you can download the DLC after
    doing that.

    Windows Live id associated with xbox gamertag is dormant

    You're probably going to have to go through the WLID people (http://live.com) to get this fixed up. The short version here is if you can't access the WLID, you can't access the GT/account. If you can't resolve
    the WLID issue, you'll have to create a new account.
