    hi Support,

    I receive my xbox s via SingTel broadband bundled. Received on 10 Jan 2024. But when I login to check my warranty already expired on 7Jan 2024. What happen?

    with the exception of a handful of retailers, Microsoft systems are not connected to their computers, therefore they have no idea when a particular unit has been sold, and the warranty is based on the manufacture date

    you need to submit a copy of your receipt, along with the serial number of the consul to Xbox support to have it corrected

    It can be 3 things going on:

    1. The power outlet

    2. The Xbox One S cable is damaged

    3. The Xbox One S power supply is burnt

    Verify if you still have waranty and get a new one...

    Ohhhhhhhhhhh wow never mind im soo stupidd i have xbox 360 S i dont know why i looked at that section but for xbox 360 S as long you still in waranty they can fix everything no matter what right, am i correct?
