    Let's try some troubleshooting steps.

    Please Turn off console > (press and hold power button for 10 seconds) unplug everything from the console > wait for 2 minutes and plug everything back > Turn On the console.

    Once done, Please go to settings> then Network> Network Settings> select Advanced Settings.> alternate MAC address> clear> restart.

    In case the issue still persist, Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Settings > System > Console info > reset then keep my games and apps. No worries, no games will be removed, just sign back in using the right account.

    Hello Xbox community, this is about Xbox series x/s versions of games!

    Because on my Xbox series x, it only shows 'Optimized for series x/s' but if a xbox series x version of a game is NOT 'optimized' how would i know if I'm playing a series x/s version of a game?

    Hi,

    and did you set your resolution to 4K in the general settings of the console ?

    There it shows also a list of what my TV shows and what it can't. Like for example it can't show 4K with 120Hz, only 4K with 60Hz.

    If I start a game with 4K support the Series S is switching to 4K. A game like Rocket League for example.
