    Xbox Rog Ally


    I want to ask something very specific about the Xbox ROG Ally, as I consider buying it when it comes out: will I be able to play Xbox titles that aren't on PC with this device? For example, I want to play Crash Team Racing and Gears Of War 2 and 3. Games that are on Xbox, but never got a PC port. Will I be able to run them on the handheld or does it only support titles that are on PC?

    at this time there is no indication that would happen

    you could play them through cloud gaming, but these games cannot function natively on a PC which is what this is.

    While Xbox shares many of the same technologies, it contains strong digital rights management, as well as a custom architecture that is not compatible with the PC

    You should not be running anything at 120hz on a portable device. Your battery will make a flood look tame how fast it empties. I'm sure some games will but it's not a good idea

    This is a Windows handheld, and it plays windows games, and only PlayAnywhere games would be playable from your Xbox library

    Having same problem on brand new Asus ROG Ally. Typing this now with no internet problems but will not start cloud streaming games.
