    Hi, I have over 50000 points pending on my account and it says that I need to update my account before it can transfer them to my account. I have had a look at my account and cannot see what needs updating. Please can you advise me.

    Did you get your freebies from Xbox Live Rewards 5yr celebration?

    I never get shit for being in the rewards program. I've been downloading a lot of digital games for Xbox One and haven't received any credits. Xbox rewards is garbage.

    Hello Jonty00,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being
    incorrectly communicated to our servers. Since our system can only deposit currency into a Microsoft Account and not other billable accounts like credit cards and the like, the system cannot determine where to place your deposit, and the process is aborted.
    Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date.
    To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Never received my rewards!

    It was for xbox rewards though. I redeemed my xbox rewards points for microsoft credit so it is for xbox rewards not microsoft rewards.

    I thought it was the other way around that xbox rewards was turning into Microsoft rewards.

    Na, what we using here are called "Live" rewards, the other one is called Xbox rewards/Microsoft rewards(what we bout to switch to).
    Actually this is the Xbox Live Rewards program. What it is being switched to is Microsoft Rewards. There is no Live Rewards.

    What is? If you mean the Rewards program, you're thinking of Microsoft Rewards. That's a different program from the Xbox Rewards program. Xbox Rewards was run by a third party and ran at the same time as the Microsoft Rewards program for a while. Microsoft eventually shut down the Xbox Rewards program and opened the Microsoft Rewards program to more countries.

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for any Rewards.

    Haven't received my 50000 points for Upgrading to the Xbox One X.

    That is an image from the Microsoft Rewards app, not the Xbox Rewards program. So it's a Microsoft Rewards offer. You will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program again as Xbox Rewards support will not be able to assist.
