Xbox rewards wrong name on file

The name associated with my rewards account is wrong. I keep getting emails addressed to the wrong name even though the name on my Microsoft account and Xbox account are correct. I talked with Microsoft support and the is a service request number for this
issue: 1371387011. I was told to ask here for resolution

HELP! Xbox Rewards 50,000 to split when a friend upgrades

I sent my nephew a invite to it. He bought a Xbox One Oct 11. The issue is whenever he was signing in he was't paying attention and signed in under the wrong name. I went over there today he joined Rewards, logged in to his xbox one with the right name, and registered under that name..... Are we still going to get our 25,000 points or not?

Found the answer to my own question.

From there you can change the name on the account

Could you private message me using the forum message feature (the message envelope on this post) with the name you are getting and the name you are expecting? While we do see another account associated with your email address, it should not be generating

Well they where wrong. Sorry, but naming the shame on the forums is in violation of the forum rules, and to simply handle it, file a complaint using your console tools on Xbox. Posting on the forums isn't going to get anything done. Thanks

You can't name them.

go to the memory section on the dashboard go to skyrim, choose a couple save files snd copy them snd then save it to a flash drive or someting.

Yeah, as the other guy said, just make back ups. I had a massive glitch, so I went to my backup save, it was actually too "up to date". So make sure you make multiple backups of the same character at different dates. In simple terms, when you save, don't
save over your previous one... regarding backup saves.
